Launched in 2021, Drake Darcy is a growing boutique firm providing Executive Search & Interim Management recruitment services.

We specialise in Senior and Executive appointments up to Board level, with salaries typically ranging from £100,000 to £350,000, within the following functions:

Our CFO & Finance Practice operates across Commerce & Industry.

For all other appointments we specialise in sector-specific appointments from the following 2 Practices: Energy & Infrastructure and Property & Construction.

Property & Construction

We have a long-standing passion and interest in the Built Environment. So much so that we decided to move into new offices in Battersea Power Station, a project that we have long admired, at the earliest opportunity! We have successfully supported a wide variety of sectors within this space since 1998 including Real Estate, Construction, Transportation, Housebuilding, Property Development, Facilities Management & Business Services.

Energy & Infrastructure

For over 25 years we have been successfully supporting: Infrastructure (including Project Finance and PFI/PPP/LIFT); Transport (including Rail, Road, Light Rail); and Energy (including Renewable Energy, Utilities, Power, Oil & Gas, Natural Resources). We have developed extensive networks and a deep understanding of these markets. We provide Executive Search & Interim Management recruitment services across a variety of disciplines up to Board level.

CFO & Finance

We have been successfully recruiting within the Accountancy & Finance arena since 1998. During this time, we have supported/advocated for the developing role and influence that finance performs as well as the ever-increasing scope of today’s finance leaders. We have developed an in-depth knowledge of finance structures, trends, operational models, technology and skill sets. We have also developed extensive networks within the Accountancy & Finance community.

Interim Management

We provide consultative Interim Management recruitment services for Board and Senior level appointments across a broad spectrum including Publicly listed corporations (large to small cap); Private Equity; Investment Funds; Private & Family-owned businesses; Government & Not for Profit organisations. Our team has a proven track record of successfully providing interim solutions dating back to 1998 with an exceptionally high completion/satisfaction rate.

Drake Darcy was founded by Chris Drake who has worked within the Senior & Executive recruitment market since 1998. From a London base he has successfully delivered UK, EMEA and Global search mandates on an interim and permanent basis. Over the course of his career Chris has successfully supported a wide range of industries with especially strong, long-standing networks and relationships within the wider CFO & Finance community and the Energy, Infrastructure, Construction, Property and Facilities Management sectors.
