Sport and exercise have been a constant throughout my life especially team sports such as rugby and football which I played for over 30 years until injuries started to prevail. These days you are more likely to find me on 2 wheels (either road cycling or mountain biking) or in a restorative Pilates or Yoga class. Having an active lifestyle is incredibly important to me from a Health & Wellbeing perspective.

I am a passionate, ambitious individual and qualified as an Accountant with PwC before leaving to complete a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at Warwick Business School. I made the move into commerce to further my finance career with a multinational blue-chip organisation, Jaguar Land Rover (JLR).
Having had a successful career in finance, I transitioned into Accountancy and Finance recruitment and soon became a leading fee-earner. Having discovered my vocation, I combined this with my lifelong passion to run a business by becoming a partner in a successful financial recruitment business.
